Cancellations and FeesTo avoid full charges on your scheduled appointments, a 24 hour cancellation is required. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.Please cancel appointments within 24 hours online or by calling (925) 785-8056. Failure to cancel, No Shows and No Calls, will result in a full service fee charge. Your Appointment ReservationTo ensure that you obtain the appointments you desire, please make reservations in advance,on-line, or over the phone. A valid credit card is required at time of booking.We prefer cash payment. If you prefer to pay by credit card, you will be charged a service fee: $0 to $100: $4 $101-200: $6 $201-300: $7.50 $301-400: $9.50 $401-500: $15.00 The credit card required at the time of booking is only to hold your appointment and will be charged in the event that you do not show or call to cancel your appointment. IllnessIn order to avoid spreading illness to other clients, please call and reschedule your appointment if you are ill.Running LateAll appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If you start your treatment late, it will be on your time, and will be charged full price. Please be expected to reschedule your appointment if you are 15 minutes late.Price ChangesPrices may change without notice. Please inquire for current rates before scheduling an appointment.Tips & GratuityA 15% gratuity will be added to the total bill on parties of 4 or more.A 15-25% gratuity (tip) is appreciated for your one on one spa service. Prepaid Packages, Promotions and SpecialsTo take advantage of the great price break on any of these, payments must be in full to Spa Moments at time of purchase. Packages and Promotions will expire one year from the date of purchase; therefore, they must be used within that time frame. Sessions are not transferable and every session must be used. There are no rollover sessions or make-up sessions on any of these visits. For additional questions on these, please refer to cancellation policy.Returns and RefundsWe are sorry, but there are no refunds, or exchanges on Spa Services, Gift Certificates, or purchased products at any time. No exceptions! Please see the owner if you are unsatisfied with any service received.Baby SittingIn consideration to other clients and to fully enjoy the Spa Experience, please make arrangements with Grandma, Grandpa or the Nanny to stay with the little ones at home.Lost or Misplaced ItemsSpa Moments is not responsible for lost items at any time. Please keep your valuables with you at all times, or better yet, leave them at home.Spa EtiquetteFor a more pleasant, unhurried Spa experience please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow adequate time to check-in, change, relax and have a private consultation with one of our highly qualified staff members.Please leave your children, pets and jewelry at home. PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONES WHILE AT THE SPA. We Reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
