HOW IT WORKS
The wrap takes 2 hours. You start with a 30-minute Infra red sauna session that will detoxify your body and burn fat.
A 30-minute session will burn up
to 900 calories and will prepare you for the inch loss and slimming wrap

The wrap process in conjunction with the sauna session brings together detoxification and cardio vascular exercise being able to relieve toxic effect on the muscles as they are toned. This provides firmer, tighter tissue and creates inch loss.

PRE WRAP INSTRUCTIONS:

Do not eat a heavy meal before the wrap.
Limit the amount of fluids an hour or two before the wrap.
Avoid shaving or other types of hair removal before the wrap.
Shower with the Aloe body wash.
Do not apply any oils, lotions, creams or fragrance before the wrap.
Avoid sweating or getting wet.

POST WRAP INSTRUCTIONS:
After the wrap is removed, do not shower off the solution for the next 24 hours. As you leave it on your skin it will penetrate and will create inch loss. Drink a gallon of water each day for the next 3 days after the wrap.
